Renewal reminder

Do you know when your gas and electricity contracts will terminate?

renewalSign up to our Renewal Reminder Service and we’ll notify you when your energy contracts are due for renewal.  You’ll then have ample time to find the best deals possible and won’t suffer from over-inflated ‘out of contract’ tariffs*.

Once you’ve registered your current contract details we will:

  • Advise you well in advance of your contract termination
  • Issue a contract termination notice with your approval, to
the supplier that meets with their T&C’s
  • Offer to research the energy market, compare deals and
arrange the best one for you

… and, as a Chamber member, it won’t cost you a penny.

For further information please contact us on 0844 225 1650 or email enquiries@chamberutilities.co.uk

*Out of contract tariffs can be up to 50% higher than your current rates and can be made statutory for 12 months by your supplier.

Supply Contract Notice Period

The Renewal Reminder is a service provided by ENER-G Procurement Limited (EPL) to advise you prior to the expiry of the contractual notice period required by your current Supplier(s).

Any changes to Suppliers' notice period that relate to this registration in whole or part, must be notified to EPL immediately, so that we can provide this service at the correct time.

By serving notice to your current supplier you reserve the right to move to a new supplier when your current deal ends.

IMPORTANT: If you miss the contractual notice period you could:

a) Be prevented from moving to an alternative supplier should you so wish,

b) Become locked-in to a default contract with your current supplier, without the opportunity to negotiate the terms, or

c) Incur significant additional charges (often double your current rates) for an interim default contract until your new supplier is allowed to register your meter(s)
